who am i?

man, idek myself. poli sci/crim uni student, interested in anything 2000s-aesthetic (especially cameras/videos). perhaps 20 y/o, perhaps not.
i have two current hyperfixations that will not leave me: monster high dolls and deep sea fish (don't get me started) (actually do plz)

some things i might post about:

to be honest, i'm going to use this as kind of like a tumblr blog if it was more of a blog and less of an account...... if that even makes sense. think a combo of myspace/ravelry/tumblr all jammed into one personal blog space.

does that mean i'll consistently post? lol. lmao, even. no, not really remotely close. but! when i have something particularly interesting to share or show off (including but not limited to crafts, art stuff, rants, random ideas, etc) then i will do my best to update here. if i figure out how lol.

yayyy i finally have my website up!!!! theres a lot i still have to work on and figure out, but as of right now i really like it ^^ ive always wanted my own myspace kind of place but i never liked taking pictures of myself, so this will have to do for now.
my main goal(s) rn is keep making videos and get out all the ideas i have in my mind, but its much harder than it seems ugh.... mostly its just me in my mind procrastinating everything, even tho i wanna do it ;;;-;;;
i'm gonna try to post as much as i can here though, if i have any updates! whether its about my channel or my life/thoughts/whatever, i'll do my best. maybe with a bit more tweaking to this webpage it'll feel like home

why did i make this site?

well, to be honest, i've always loved that 2000s digital aesthetic w/e its called. i grew up just a biiit too late to really take it all in, and since the rest of the internet (and world tbh) is a capitalist coroporate hellscape, i thought.... why not?
maybe capitalism will get me one day when i finally get a job (i dont want one plzplzplzplz no) but as of right now, i'm trying to live how my childhood self wanted to. like, in the golden age of youtube n all that stuff. (saying this now, its ironic that my teen years were stolen by covid and now my adult years might get taken by the new virus.... augh)

music i like rn!!!!

gorillaz are prob my fav band now and forever, every album is such a banger (as of rn..... the now now is my #1)
i listen to a little bit of everything YES REALLY, my playlists are a mess of genres like pop, country, rap, synthwave, hyperpop, rnb, even language barriers cant hold me back. catch me bumping Kaarija one second, then Hotel Ugly next idc idc

listen.... thats a really good question. and i dont think i know the answer to it tbh, i will undoubtedly write personal stuff eventually just by the nature of having a journal/diary/whatever this is, but thats kind of the point. i'm not even really expecting anyone to come here tbh.
are you still scrolling rn? did you really read all the little boxes here. thats kind of impressive. unless youre some kind of stalker or future historian creeping around here to make a deep dive on something i accidentally did out of stupidity, then welcome. i hope you dont mind that i'm using this site like theres nobody else here lol
